Privacy policy

Effective August 11, 2026

Plain and simple: I collect only what I need to help you find coverage, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it anytime. Here are the details.

What I collect

When you request a quote or book a consultation, I collect what you type into those forms: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and answers about the kind of coverage you're looking for (for example health or life insurance, individual or family, and your employment situation). That's it, this site doesn't ask for medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment information.

How I use it

To respond to your request, prepare for our call, and compare plans you may qualify for. I may follow up by phone, text, or email about the request you made. No spam lists, no unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your information goes to me, Carson Hornish. To run my practice I use a small number of service providers that store it on my behalf: my client-management system (Ringy), a form delivery service (Formspree) that carries quote requests and appointment bookings to my email, and a consent verification service (TrustedForm) used on my quote forms. I never sell, rent, or trade your information. If you choose to apply for a policy, I share your application details with that insurance carrier, with your knowledge, as part of applying. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that uses no cookies, collects no personal information, and does not track visitors across sites.

Cookies & tracking

This site uses Google Ads conversion measurement so I can see which ads lead to a quote request or a phone call. It records only that a request or call happened and which page produced it. Your name, phone number, and email are never sent to Google by this website. This site also uses Google advertising cookies, which means visitors may be added to advertising audiences and may later be shown my ads on Google and its partner sites. Separately, I may upload contact details of my existing clients to Google so that my advertising reaches, or deliberately avoids, people I already work with. You can turn off ad personalization at any time at myadcenter.google.com, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Basic technical logs (like page visits) may be recorded by the hosting service to keep the site running, and fonts are served by Google Fonts.

How long I keep it

As long as needed to help you with coverage, and as required by insurance record-keeping rules once you become a client.

Your choices

Want to see, correct, or delete what I have about you, or stop hearing from me? One message does it. Email {{ email }} and I will take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
