Effective July 1, 2026
Plain and simple: I collect only what I need to help you find coverage, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it anytime. Here are the details.
When you request a quote or book a consultation, I collect what you type into those forms: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, and answers about the kind of coverage you're looking for (for example health or life insurance, individual or family, and your employment situation). That's it — this site doesn't ask for medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment information.
To respond to your request, prepare for our call, and compare plans you may qualify for. I may follow up by phone, text, or email about the request you made. No spam lists, no unrelated marketing.
Your information goes to me, Carson Hornish. To run my practice I use a small number of service providers that store it on my behalf: my client-management system (Ringy) and my scheduling tool (Calendly, if you book a call). I never sell, rent, or trade your information. If you choose to apply for a policy, I share your application details with that insurance carrier — with your knowledge, as part of applying.
This site doesn't use advertising trackers. Basic technical logs (like page visits) may be recorded by the hosting service to keep the site running, and fonts are served by Google Fonts.
As long as needed to help you with coverage, and as required by insurance record-keeping rules once you become a client.
Want to see, correct, or delete what I have about you — or stop hearing from me? One message does it. Call or text {{ phone }} or email {{ email }}.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
