These terms cover carsonhealthadvisor.com and the text messages sent by Carson Health Advising, the insurance practice of Carson Hornish, a licensed insurance agent.
The information on this site is general education about health insurance, not a promise of coverage, price, or eligibility. Plans, prices, and availability depend on the carrier, your state, and your situation, and are confirmed only when you apply. Requesting a quote is free and does not obligate you to buy anything.
Program: Carson Health Advising verification and quote texts. When you submit a quote request on this site and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Carson Health Advising at the number you entered. This includes one text with a verification code to confirm your phone number, plus personal follow up texts about your request.
Message frequency varies. Most people get one verification text per request, plus another only if they ask for a new code.
Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you have been opted out, and no more texts after that. To start again, reply START.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
